Tamara Hall, affectionately known as the Growth Motivator, specializes in personal growth through the use of motivational and inspirational speeches. Tamara’s entertaining style of message delivery has earned her the reputation of being a speaker preacher! She not only teaches what she speaks but she preaches it too. Growing up in Los Angeles, Tamara has always shared tips and techniques with everyone she comes in contact with about what-to, when-to, and how-to Make it Happen. Helping people improve their lives and become the best they can be is her lifetime goal.

Tamara has been a member of Toastmasters International, a public speaking organization since 1995 and served as Area Governor for Toastmaster’s South Bay district. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from the College of Notre Dame and a Substitute Teaching Certification for the Los Angeles Unified School District. She is the publisher and editor of a quarterly publication entitled The Harmony Newsletter, an active member in the thriving organization, Professional Women in Business of America, and a member of NAFE and recently founded the organization T.A.L.K. (Treating All Lives with Kindness).

With over 16 years in sales, Tamara has used the opportunity to fine-tune the ability of serving people, growing profits and discovering how to achieve higher performance. She has spoken to various organizations on “The Mental Way of Selling”, “The Profits of Passion”, and “The Freedom of Attitude”. Some of her clients include, AT&T Wireless, Xerox Management Association and Operation Hope, just to name a few. It’s been said that she has a knack for helping people see their full potential, feel good about who they are, and realize their potential. She accomplishes this by genuinely connecting to people.

Tamara’s desire to help others Move, Grow and Glow has lead her to adjunct teaching positions at different Los Angeles community and adult school campuses. She is especially moved by a past teacher specialist assignment when she worked with severely emotionally disturbed high school students at the Los Angeles Child Guidance Clinic where she taught History, Math, English and Social Studies for a semester.

Throughout her busy schedule she continues to make time for volunteering; something she believes is part of success, because volunteering operates on the principle of giving back, and when you give, you also receive! She continues to help out Habitat for Humanity and Tree Musketeers in her spare time.
